OUR CHARGES
Unless we agree a special fee with clients, we are subject to our book of fees of our local Lawyers bar (Colegio Provincial de Abogados de Alicante).

CONVEYANCING
CONVEYANCING
Generally we charge 0.5 % of the price, but the minimum fee is 1.800 euros plus VAT. On complex files we agree a higher charge and on very high price files we agree a reduced fee.

SETTING UP COMPANIES
Standard fee of € 2,000.

For companies accounting we have a tariff based on the time employed in the file both for book keeping and preparation of accounts. The usual annual fee of a holding company is 900 euros plus VAT.

WILLS
Standard fee of 200 Euros plus VAT.

INHERITANCE MATTERS
Generally we charge according to the fee guide.

LITIGATION

Generally we charge according to the official tariff. In Spain normally the losing party pays all or part of the legal costs. We can also agree a no-win no-fee providing some small expenses are met or paid by the client.

FISCAL REPRESENTATION FOR NON RESIDENTS
To act as consultants or tax representatives taking care of all tax matters for private persons or family we charge 185 euros plus VAT per year.

To act for companies we charge 325 euros plus VAT per year.

EXECUTION IN SPAIN OF FOREIGN JUDGMENTS
We can negotiate a fee related to the complexities of the case.

POWERS OF ATTORNEY
Standard fee of 100 Euros plus VAT.
